Dear Samson,
It was a pleasure meeting your team. We're glad to hear you can offer us similar functionality to XYZ Tech, as we discussed. I also appreciate how quickly your team got back to me when addressing my concerns.
We're excited to switch to your services, as we've been disappointed in ABC Corp's customer service. Could we finish the preliminary setup within the next week?
We're looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Nathan Brooks
Product Head - North America
Zia will highlight the competitor company "ABC Corp" as a positive sentiment for you because the customer is unhappy with your competitor. However, you must be cautious, because a potential competitor, "XYZ Tech" provides a similar service and there is a chance you can lose the customer to them.
