The workspace details page lists all relevant information about the workspace and its child entities. It includes details on the pipelines, ruleset templates, and pipeline templates within the workspace.
Let us take a look in detail.
Workspace options
Workspaces are entities that hold the various pipelines imported into Zoho DataPrep. Organization admins carry out the responsibility of creating and managing workspaces in DataPrep.
You can use the following options associated with your workspace from the workspace menu.
Rename : You can rename your workspace using the rename option.
Move to trash : Use this option to delete the workspace. However, you can find the trashed workspaces under the Trash section. You can choose to delete or restore the deleted workspaces as required.
Note: You can click the All Workspaces drop down and choose the Trash option to view the Trashed workspaces.
Share : You can use this option to share your workspace with other users in your organization.

Mark as default : You can mark a workspace as default and DataPrep will automatically open this workspace for you when you launch.
Overview : You can view the workspace overview for details such as the workspace name, created and last modified date and time, last modified user, associated tags, number of pipelines, ruleset templates, pipeline templates, jobs and shared users. You can also rename, delete, and mark as default from the workspace overview.

Pipelines tab
Pipelines are fundamental entities that allows users to create data flows in DataPrep, with multiple data stages and various flow level transforms.

The workspace details page contains information related to pipelines such as the pipeline name, schedules configured, last run time of pipelines, and the last modified time.
Create new : You can create pipelines from scratch, from the templates library or from a .zdpt file using this option. After creating a pipeline, you can proceed to import data from various sources into DataPrep.

Share : You can share pipelines with other users in your organization. Learn more
Rename : You can rename your pipeline using the rename option.
Delete : Use this option to move your pipeline to
trash.
Overview : Click on the info icon near the pipeline name to go the pipeline overview. You can view the pipeline overview for details such as the pipeline name, created and last modified date and time, last modified user, number of stages in the pipeline, data sources, destinations, shared users, schedule details along with the last run job time and the next job run time. Jobs here. You can also rename, delete, and share your pipeline with support from the pipeline overview.
Filter : You can filter and search on the workspace details page using filter attributes such as schedule status, last modified time, and last run time.
You can also quickly sort and search for your pipelines using the sort and search icons located at the top of the list of pipeline names. Use the checkboxes to the left of the pipeline names to multi-select pipelines to share, or delete multiple pipelines at one go.
Ruleset templates tab
Ruleset templates are rules applied in various pipelines that are saved to be reused on other pipelines. In the workspace details page, you can rename, share, or delete the ruleset templates available in your workspace.
You can also search for your ruleset templates using the search icon located at the top of the list of ruleset template names. Use the checkboxes to the left of the names to multi-select the templates to share or delete multiple templates at one go.

Pipeline templates tab
A pipeline template is a pipeline structure with data source, stages, rulesets and destination. They are pipelines saved for reuse. You can find the saved pipeline templates under the Pipeline templates tab.
Click here to know how to save pipeline as template.
You can click the Use now option and authenticate the source and destinations in the template to start using using it.
You can also rename, share or trash pipeline templates using the ellipses icon that appears on hovering the pipeline templates.
Trash tab
The entities that are deleted can be located under the trash tab. You can choose to restore the entities or permanently delete them from the trash section.
You can also use the checkboxes to the left of the entity names to multi-select them and permanently delete or restore multiple entities at one go.
