Zoho DataPrep automatically saves user's work on their data pipelines in the draft stage and users can progressively certify them once the development is complete using the Mark as ready feature. 

You can think of of the drafts feature as a staging area where you can play around with your pipeline, make changes without affecting what's been published and live in production. 

Pipelines that are marked as ready are moved to the Live stage and can be scheduled. This helps users automate and run their data pipelines periodically in a given interval of time. 

If the pipeline had already been published live and scheduled, and post that, whenever changes are made and the pipeline is marked as ready, these changes are automatically included from this version for the next scheduled run for the pipeline. 

Users can also use the filter option from the Pipelines module or from the pipelines listing under each workspace to filter Certified and live pipelines or Draft pipelines for ease of access.
