Zoho DataPrep discounts through Wallet Credits - Terms and conditions
Redeeming your wallet credits
- When you access Zoho DataPrep, you'll start with Zoho DataPrep's Standard trial. Whenever you're ready to purchase Zoho DataPrep, visit our payments page to upgrade to any of Zoho DataPrep's paid plans. Click on the Upgrade link at the top of your Zoho DataPrep account. You'll be redirected to the Zoho Payments page in a new tab.
- Your Zoho Wallet credits can be viewed at any time on the Payments page.
- Pick the Standard or Enterprise plan to upgrade to.
- Fill in the number of users and the add-ons you need to get your subtotal.
- For annual subscriptions, wallet credits can be applied to cover up to 50% of the invoice total, with a maximum cap of USD 200 or its equivalent in the user's billing currency.

Usage
- Wallet credits can be used only for new purchases or edition upgrades within Zoho.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- All wallet credits are time-sensitive and need to be used within the expiration date.
Transfer
- Credits cannot be encashed or transferred to a bank account or card.
- Wallet credit can be transferred between two users as long as it is within the same organization (same domain), same data center, and country. To request a transfer, write an email to wallet@zohocorp.com
- Credits cannot be transferred to someone outside an organization.
- All unused credits will lapse when the customer cancels /downgrades the account during the subscription period.
Exceptions
- An existing customer of any Zoho product cannot use credits to purchase Zoho One.
- Existing Zoho One customers can use the credits to purchase products that are not available in the bundle.
- The credits cannot be used for the purchase of any third-party applications, add-ons, renewals, or professional services like training and paid support.
