Inactive accounts cleanup in Zoho DataPrep
Zoho DataPrep reserves the right to delete inactive organizations that are on the Free plan and have recorded no activity for a continuous period of 120 days. Organization deletion will be carried out only after sending multiple prior email notifications to users, informing them about the data deletion and providing an option to back up their data.
What is an inactive organization in Zoho DataPrep?
An organization is considered inactive if it meets all of the following conditions:

It is on the Free plan in Zoho DataPrep.

There has been no activity for 120 consecutive days, including:
-
No logins into the application.
-
No API calls have been made.
-
No other form of activity or usage.
How to re-activate an organization?
If you get inactive DataPrep organization reminders, all you have to do is simply log into the DataPrep application once and start using it to re-activate your organization and avoid automatic deletion of your data.
Organization deletion process
When an organization is identified as inactive, Zoho DataPrep will notify the account admins of the organizations with four reminder emails over a period of up to 148 days. These emails will also give an option to take a backup of your data.
If there is no response and the organization continues to remain inactive, it will be permanently deleted on the 150th day.
How to take back up your data?
You can use the Export all data option from the Settings page and take a backup anytime before your organization is permanently deleted.
Note: You will not be able to back up your data after the 150th day of inactivity.
