You can manage your DataPrep notification preferences from the notification settings. You can enable or disable the email and bell notifications as and when needed.
Note: The toggles for Pipeline schedule run success and Pipeline manual run(Only Email) are disabled by default. Alerts
You can set your preference to receive notifications for the alerts. You mostly receive alert notifications when there is a run failed or skipped. However, you can disable them if needed. But please make sure to keep a tab on your runs at the Jobs page for failures or skips if you turn off your alert notifications.
Share
These notifications are received whenever entities such as workspaces, ruleset templates, pipeline and pipeline templates are shared with a a user in DataPrep.
Note: This notification setting is user specific and not organization specific. For example, If user A(share notifications enabled) shares a workspace with user B(share notifications disabled), user B will not receive notifications. Group
These are the notifications related to the user groups in DataPrep. You receive these notifications when you are added or removed from a group, when your access to an entity has been modified, and when the group you are part of is deleted. Click here to know more about User groups in DataPrep.
Account
These are all the notifications related to your DataPrep account such as storage, user count and rows processed count, batch size and more. You can also customize the limits when you are nearing the rows processed limit. For example, if you set the Alert value as 90 percent, you will be notified when the rows processed reach 90 percent, and you can take the necessary action quickly.
Note: This section of notifications can only be accessed by Account admin.
Below are the default values of the customize limits. However, you can modify them as your preference.
