- Step 1: Create a pipeline and connect to your CRM data with Zoho DataPrep at module level using

- During the data preparation process, you can merge and blend your data from different sources using the join and union (append) transformations. This cross-data source blending adds wider meaning to your data and sets the context which helps in deriving business insights unavailable before.
- Step 3: Add Zoho CRM as the destination and export prepared data to your Zoho CRM account using
Zoho CRM export connector.

- Step 4: Make sure target matching is successful, mapping all the fields to CRM fields and fixing any data type mismatches in your columns, thus enabling you to deal with invalid data.
When export destination is configured, the CRM module is set as the target to match the fields, their formats and data types in the existing source dataset with the target module in CRM. Once target matching is successful i.e., the model of your dataset matches the data model of your Zoho CRM module, you can export data to Zoho CRM by running the pipeline.
- Step 5: Configure schedule to automate the data pipeline, making sure to setup the proper data import configurations: Incremental fetch for processing only new and modified records, Full fetch for processing all data.
