White labeled Zoho DataPrep makes ETL and data preparation implementation easy for independent software vendors, solution developers, business consultants, etc. by providing integrated solution into their product.
Pre-requisites to implement white label solution
To deliver a seamless brand experience for your customers, you can set up a white labeled version of Zoho DataPrep service. This setup allows you to present the platform under your own domain, branding, and user-facing identity, ensuring consistency across your customer journey. Before getting started, please keep the following points in mind:
1.You'll need to create a new organization in Zoho DataPrep for the White-label setup. The existing portals cannot be turned into white label portals.
2.Each of your end-customers need their own client portal. If you're supporting multi-tenancy, each one must have a separate client portal. You can’t manage multiple customers in the same portal.
3.Each client portal must have a unique subdomain. This eases signup and other redirection flows.
4. The first client portal created by the user will be considered a parent client portal. All subsequent portals you create after that will be child client portals linked to the parent.
5. When a new child client portal is created, the rebranding and other properties will be copied from the parent client portal.
6. You need to have a domain or subdomain for your company. Make sure that the DNS (Domain Name System) records for your domain can be edited in the domain provider's settings.
