7. What are "rows processed"?
A row can be defined in the context of a dataset. In simple terms, a dataset comprises rows (records) and columns (fields). Each row in a dataset represents a set of related data and has the same structure. For example, in a dataset containing employee data, each "row" would represent a single employee record.
In Zoho DataPrep, the total number of rows in your dataset that you import and the intermediate datasets created during the preparation process are counted towards "rows processed" for your plan. You can monitor the number of rows processed from the Manage Subscription page in DataPrep. The "rows processed" count is reset at the beginning of your billing cycle, every month.

A user is identified by their unique email address using which their Zoho DataPrep account was created.

9. How is storage defined in Zoho DataPrep? What adds to storage size in DataPrep?
In Zoho DataPrep, storage is the space occupied by the files you import,
processed data and the new datasets created by transforms like join, append, etc. Each plan is allocated with a certain storage limit. When you run out of space, you can
clear processed data to claim used up storage.
10. What are scheduled data sources in Zoho DataPrep?
A data source configured for import schedule is called a "scheduled data source". The number of scheduled data sources depends on your subscription plan. If a data import is scheduled from a distinct data source, it is counted as one scheduled data source irrespective of the number of schedules. Multiple datasets and disparate schedules can be set up for one data source type which will still be counted as one scheduled data source.
For example,
2 datasets from Zoho Analytics imported every 1hr
3 datasets from Zoho Analytics imported every day at 12noon
5 datasets from Amazon Redshift imported every 5 hrs
2 datasets from Amazon Redshift imported every 10 hrs
2 datasets from two different FTP servers imported every 3 hrs
1 dataset from Amazon RDS - MySQL imported every 1 hr
1 dataset from Amazon RDS - PostgreSQL imported every 1 hr
The total scheduled data sources count is now 5. (Zoho Analytics, Amazon Redshift, FTP, Amazon RDS MySQL, and Amazon RDS PostgreSQL)
If a data source is used to import a dataset and is not scheduled, then it will not be counted as a 'scheduled data source'.
11. What is a scheduled data destination in Zoho DataPrep?
A data destination configured for an export schedule is called a "scheduled data destination". The number of scheduled data destinations available depends on your subscription plan. If a data export is scheduled to a distinct export destination, it is counted as one scheduled data destination irrespective of the number of schedules. Multiple datasets and disparate schedules can be set up for one export destination and it will still be considered as one scheduled data destination.
For example,
2 datasets to Zoho Analytics exported every 1hr
3 datasets to Zoho Analytics exported every day at 12noon
5 datasets to Amazon Redshift exported every 5 hrs
2 datasets to a different Amazon Redshift account exported every 10 hrs
2 datasets to two different Google Drive accounts exported every 3 hrs
1 dataset to Amazon RDS - MySQL exported every 1 hr

If a data destination is used to export a dataset and is not scheduled, then it will not be counted as a 'scheduled data destination'.
