How to add and enable DataPrep in Zoho One?


Zoho DataPrep is now included in Zoho One as part of the Zoho One 21 - ZO21 launch.

Here are the steps to enable Zoho DataPrep in Zoho One. 

Steps to enable Zoho DataPrep while signing up for Zoho One

1. Once you have created your Zoho One account, you will be greeted with a 30-day free trial message. 

2. Click Next.

3. If you are an existing Zoho DataPrep user, you can view DataPrep under the Bring your favourite Zoho Apps into Zoho One section. 

4. Select the checkbox to enable DataPrep and click Next. 



5. You may choose to add your existing Zoho DataPrep organizations from the list shown, or create a new one to in Zoho One. 
Notes
Note: Zoho DataPrep organizations are called Portals in Zoho One.


6. After the onboarding is complete, you can view DataPrep in the side bar. 



7. Choose Zoho DataPrep to start using the app from within Zoho One.

If you are a current Zoho One user:


If you are a Zoho One user already, you can directly add the Zoho DataPrep app to Zoho One. 

1. Go to the left-side pane. 

2. Click on the More Apps and search for DataPrep. 



3. Click Add to enable Zoho DataPrep in Zoho One. 



4. You can select existing organizations from your Zoho DataPrep account, or create a new organization.

5. Once completed, Zoho DataPrep will be added to the side bar. You can click on it and start using the app from within Zoho One.
