Databridge in Zoho DataPrep

Zoho Databridge is a lightweight independent utility that connects your on-premise data source and Zoho applications to import data. In other words, you can quickly and securely transfer data from your internal network to Zoho applications.

With Zoho DataPrep, you can use Zoho Databridge to allow import of data from local databases such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL in the FTP servers in your local network and from REST APIs that can only be accessed from your local network.

Before using Databridges to import and export data from DataPrep, you will need to download and install Databridge on your machine. To learn how to download and install Databridge, click here.

1. If you have just installed Databridge on your machine, select Continue to import in the Download Zoho Databridge dialog box.

2. Select your Databridge from the Databridge dropdown.

Note: Please ensure the JDBC jar file required for database is placed at "~Zoho Databridge 2.0/lib/jars/<.jar>" folder.

3. After selecting your Databridge, choose the type of your database.

4. Continue with the steps to import from local databases, local files and FTP servers from your local network.

5. You can manage Databridges from the settings page in DataPrep.
