Following customer activities

Customer service is an integral part of a business, which determines customer satisfaction. You can ensure your customers receive the best possible service by following them in Zoho Desk. You can follow irated customers, high-net-worth clients, or clients associated with your highest level SLA, and stay up to date on their experiences with your support team. When you follow customers, their associated tickets, email conversations, comments, and other events will automatically populate in your Notification Center.
 To follow a contact
  1. In the Zoho Desk, navigate to the Customers module.
  2. Open the desired contact to follow.
  3. Click the More ( ) from the top pane.
  4. Select Follow from the drop-down menu.
    You can track the contact's activities in the Notification Center.
Note: When you no longer wish to monitor a contact, you can unfollow them.
To unfollow a contact
  1. In the Customers module, open the desired contact.
  2. Click the More ( ) from the top pane.
  3. Select Un-Follow from the drop-down menu.
Viewing customer activities
You can monitor the activities of customers you follow in the Notification Center. Viewing customer activities helps you understand their questions, preferences, and priorities, and anticipate their future needs.
To access the Notification Center
  1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account.
  2. Click the Notifications icon ( ) in the upper-right corner of the page.
    The Notification Center window will appear, and you can view the activities of the customers you follow in Zoho Desk.
Note: You can click on any notification to view it in more detail.
