Sync Information from Zoho CRM in Zoho Desk Records Manually

Integrating Zoho CRM with Zoho Desk helps bring sales and support teams onto the same page by keeping customer information consistent across both systems. When the integration is enabled, contact and account details are synced based on the configured schedule. If the latest updates are needed immediately, records can be manually refreshed from Zoho CRM to fetch the most recent information.

Updating Zoho CRM details

Contacts and Accounts records can be manually updated to fetch the latest data from Zoho CRM instantly.

Accounts fields that will be mapped between CRM and Desk

Contacts fields that will be mapped between CRM and Desk

This does not affect the existing sync settings and works alongside the regular sync process.


To sync contact information with Zoho CRM
  1. Navigate to Customers > Contact.
  2. Click the More Actions icon ( … ).
  3. Select Update from Zoho CRM.
  4. Click Continue.

To sync an account information with Zoho CRM
  1. Navigate to Customers > Account.
  2. Open the required account.
  3. Click the More Actions icon ( … ).
  4. Select Update from Zoho CRM.
  5. Click Continue.

Viewing Zoho CRM integrated records

Once Zoho CRM is integrated and records are synced, contacts and accounts can be easily filtered using predefined views to identify which records are linked to CRM and which are not.

To view contacts synced with Zoho CRM
  1. Navigate to Customers > Contact.
  2. In left panel under All Views.
  3. Click Contacts Mapped with CRM.
  4. Click Contacts Unmapped with CRM.
These views help identify which contacts are already linked with Zoho CRM and which are not, making it easier to manage synchronization.

To view accounts synced with Zoho CRM
  1. Navigate to Customers > Account.
  2. In left panel under All Views.
  3. Click Accounts Mapped with CRM.
  4. Click Accounts Unmapped with CRM.
These views help identify which accounts are already linked with Zoho CRM and which are not, making it easier to manage synchronization.
