Accessibility Personas are designed to cater to the diverse needs of users by offering a range of customizable features. Each persona addresses specific user preferences, promoting a more inclusive and personalized experience.
For example, for users with color blindness, Zoho Desk's Color Blindness Persona can be used to enable several features to enhance usability. One key feature is Increased Contrast, which enhances the contrast between text and background to ensure all content is distinguishable. Additionally, the Appearance setting switches to night mode, reducing eye strain by providing a dark background with lighter text. The Themes option is set to red, selecting color schemes that are more easily distinguishable for those with color vision deficiencies.
