Using color coding to identify records
Color-coded picklist fields can be useful in every business vertical. Let's take a look at a few examples.
In Zoho Desk, colors can be used for both picklist and multi-select picklist fields, and can be applied to both standard and custom modules. The color picklist field is organization-specific, and once configured, it becomes visible to all users within the organization.
