Retrieving Deleted Tickets - Zoho Desk Knowledgebase

Can I retrieve the deleted tickets?

Deleted tickets are not permanently gone and you can retrieve them. Zoho Desk provides a recycle bin where deleted tickets are stored temporarily. When a ticket is deleted, it is moved to the recycle bin and is available for 60 days or until the recycle bin is emptied.

To restore deleted tickets:
  1. Click the Setup icon (  ) in the top bar.
  2. Click Recycle Bin under the Data Administration menu.
  3. On the Recycle Bin page, select the records that you want to restore. 
  4. Click Restore.

Notes:
  1. The records in the recycle bin will be available based on your organization's Role hierarchy and your permission to view the records.
  2. Zoho Desk only restores lookup relationships that have not been replaced. For example, a contact-account relationship will not be restored when a contact is related to a different account before restoring the original account.
