No, a customer cannot ask a question with GC. The customer can only respond to the questions or choose answers from the available options that are displayed in the flow of GC.

The essential keys for initializing the ZohoGCSDK are Org ID, Bot ID, and domain. You can find these keys in the code snippet section while setting up the SDK.
