How to edit your Business Profile?

The business profile helps you reach out to customers quickly and lets them access essential information about your business, such as your business name, description, address, business hours, and the business category.

What is WhatsApp Business?

WhatsApp Business is a free to download messaging app which is used so that customers can communicate efficiently and securely with their end-users. It has general messaging features along with unique features such as 'quick replies' to automate responses to customers.
We're happy to announce that you can now update your profile picture and About Information status for your WhatsApp Business Profile.

Customers who have recently migrated to the Cloud API can click here to edit your business profile information.
Follow the steps to update the WhatsApp profile info and profile picture on the Facebook console.
1. Login to the business profile
2. Go to WhatsApp phonenumbers
3. Select the number, you want to update the profile details for -> settings icon -> in the same row.

*Note: Customers who have not migrated to the Cloud.

To edit the business profile, follow these steps:

Navigate to Setup > Instant Messaging > WhatsApp > Channel > Business Info

The business profile info will allow you to upload and replace your business profile picture and edit your About information.

Upload your Profile photo

    1. Click Upload under the Brand Image.
    2. Choose the image you want to upload.
    3. Click Save.
Note: You can only replace an existing profile photo. Follow the same steps as mentioned for uploading a profile picture.

Edit your About Information

    1. Enter the text you want to display to your customers There is a maximum limit of 139 characters.
    2. Check the preview section to validate the text you entered
    3. Click Save.


The About information needs to be filled in. You can also include smileys (😊) in your About information.
