Zoho Service Communication Key

Communication between Zoho services is essential for proper management of information. Zoho Service Communication (ZSC) Key enables you to fetch data stored in Zoho Desk from other Zoho services. For example, you will need the ZSC key for integrating your help desk account with Zoho CRM. 

Note:
  • Only users with the Administrator's profile can generate the ZSC key from Zoho Desk.
  • You have to enter both the Email ID of Zoho Desk's administrator and the ZSC key generated in the other Zoho services to access data from Zoho Desk.
  • Regeneration of the ZSC key will delete the old key.

Accessing your ZSC Key
  1. Log in to Zoho Desk with Administrator privileges.
  2. Click the Setup icon  ) in the top menu.
  3. Click API under the Developer Space menu.
    You can find your unique ZSC key at the bottom of the page.
You may click Regenerate Key to generate a new key.

By invalidating the old key to get a new one, won't that completely disrupt all other connections that have been made thus far?
