GoToMeeting Extension for Zoho Desk
GoToMeeting helps you meet your team members and customers through online meetings and conferences. The GoToMeeting extension for Zoho Desk helps you schedule meetings, view upcoming meetings, and join meetings from Zoho Desk. You can also send invites to customers from Zoho Desk.

Installing GoToMeeting Extension
The GoToMeeting extension can be installed from the Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk account.
- Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
- Click the Setup icon (
) > Integrations > Marketplace.
- Search for 'GoToMeeting' in the search bar on the right.
- Select the GoToMeeting extension and click Install.
- In the GoToMeeting Installation Setup page, select profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
- Agree to the Terms of Use and click Install.
- Click Authorize, then select the portal that you want to install the extension in.
- Authorize your GoToMeeting account by clicking Authorize in the pop-up.
Once the extension has been installed successfully, it can be accessed from the right panel of the tickets detail page.
To access the extension from the right panel:
- Click the Extensions icon (
) on the right panel of the tickets detail page.
- The GoToMeeting widget will be displayed in the right panel.
When you access the extension from the right panel, you can do the following:
- Schedule a meeting
- Join meetings
- View upcoming meetings
To schedule meeting:
- Click the Schedule meeting tab.
- Provide Meeting name, Date, and Time & Duration.
- Click Save.
The meeting link will be generated and added in the reply editor.
To join meeting and view upcoming ones:
- Click Join Meeting tab.
- Enter the Meeting ID.
- Click Join.
All upcoming meetings will be listed under My Upcoming Meetings.
You can also click on the name of a meeting to join it.

Uninstalling the Extension
- Go to Setup > Integrations > Marketplace.
- Click the Setup icon (
- Click All under Marketplace.
- Click Installed Extensions.
- Choose GoToMeeting from the list of extensions.
- Click the More icon (
) in the upper-right corner of the GoToMeeting extension setup page.
- Select Uninstall Extension.
- Click Confirm.
