Trello® is a team collaboration tool that enables you to organize your projects into boards. With the Trello integration for Zoho Desk, it is easy for your developers or project management teams to get the context of customer tickets on their Trello cards. Power-Up is a feature that you can use to link Trello cards and Zoho Desk tickets.
What is Power-Up?
ZohoDesk Power-Up enables Trello users to attach tickets and ticket views to Trello cards. When you attach tickets, you can view quick summaries relevant to a card. When you attach ticket views, you can see high-level information, such as summaries and the number of tickets in the view without having to switch between the tools.
Let us now familiarize with the process of configuring Trello for Zoho Desk.
Pre-requisites
Trello users who are agents in ZohoDesk can access a ticket in a Trello card and view the ticket in ZohoDesk on a separate tab. If Trello users are not agents, ensure that the users are added as light agents in Zoho Desk to access tickets from Trello. Otherwise, the users can only view high-level information about a ticket or ticket views in the Trello cards.
