1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
   
2. Click the Setup icon (  ) > Integrations > Marketplace. 
3. Search for 'Webpower' in the search bar on the right.
   
4. Select the Webpower extension and click Install.
   
5. In the Webpower Installation Setup page, select profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
   
6. Agree to the Terms of Use and click Install.
   
7. Click Authorize, then select the portal that you want to install the extension in.
   
8. Authorize your Webpower account by clicking Authorize in the pop-up.
   
9. Enter the domain URL, to configure the extension.
   

1. When a campaign is chosen from the Select Campaigns List, the Contacts details will be listed.
   
2.  When Contact is selected in the left panel, details of contacts and groups in Webpower will be listed
   
3. Click Campaigns to view campaign summary.
   

1. Select a campaign from the Select Campaigns, drop-down list.
   
2. Click Contacts from the left panel of the widget page.
   The list of contacts that the selected campaign was sent to will be displayed in the mid panel of the widget.
   
   
   
   
1. Click Add contacts from the top right corner of the widget page to add new contacts.
   
2. Click Groups, from the left panel to view the details of groups.  
   
1. Select a group and click the More icon (  ) on the right.
   
2. You can Rename, Delete, or Flush the group by choosing the respective options from the menu.
   Note: Webpower default groups cannot be deleted or edited.

1. To view the summary report of the email campaign, choose Campaigns from the left panel, click Email campaigns, and select a campaign from the displayed list.
   
2. To send an email campaign, click the More icon (  ) to the right of the campaign
   
1. Select Edit/Send.
   
2. Select the group from the provided list of groups.
   
3. Click Save, then click the Send button.
   
3. Click Sender Address from the left panel.
   Sender address details will be displayed.
1. Choose a Forward address from the list to edit or delete the address.
   
2. Click Add sender to add new sender details.
