Installing the extension

1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
   
2. Click the Setup icon (  ) > Integrations > Marketplace. 
3. Search for 'Ytel' in the search bar on the right.
   
4. Select the Ytel for Zoho Desk extension, then click Install.
   
5. Under General Settings, select the department and profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Agree to the Terms of Use, then click Install.
   
7. Click Authorize and select the portal in which you want to install the extension.
   
8. Click Authorize in the pop-up to authorize your Ytel account.
   
9. Under Configuration, provide the AccountSID and AuthToken available in the Ytel Dashboard.
   
10. Under Preferences, select your department.
    

Sending messages

1. Go to the Tickets module.
   
2. Click on the ticket you want to send the message for.
   
3. Select the number From which you want to send the message.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the message to be sent.
   
5. Click Send.
   
6. You can view the history of messages in the Ytel History subtab.
   
   
   
   

Uninstalling the extension

1. Go to Setup > Integrations > Marketplace. 
2. In the Marketplace page, click Installed Extensions.
   
3. Choose Ytel for Zoho Desk from the list of extensions.
   
4. Click the More icon (  ) in the upper-right corner of the Ytel for Zoho Desk extension setup page.
   
5. Select Uninstall Extension.
   
6. Click Confirm.
