Mass Action in Android- Sending WhatsApp Messages and Deleting Contacts

 Agents can send whatsapp messages at scale to a list of selected contacts. Likewise, contacts that were added to the system mistakenly or are not needed any more can be deleted at once. Performing a mass action across records will help simplify this process and let the agents complete certain tasks in minutes, which could otherwise take a considerable amount of time.
Mass actions can be performed ONLY on less than 50 records.

To send WhatsApp messages

  1. Select the Contacts module and select more than one contact. 
  2. Tap the WhatsApp icon .
  3. Select the desired Department, WhatsApp Channel, and Message Template.
  4. View the Message Preview. 
  5. Click Send.


 To delete contacts

  1. Go to the Homepage and click the Contacts module.
  2. Multi select the Contacts and click the Delete icon . A confirmation message will pop up.
  3. In the confirmation popup, click Delete.
