Agents can only log in to the Desk mobile app after they are added to the web application by an admin. They also need to accept the confirmation email sent to them and create their credentials to log in to their Zoho Desk account.
- Open the Desk application and click Sign in.
- Enter your registered Email Address and Password, then click Sign in.
You will be directed to the ticket views page.

Alternatively, the users can also login using their Google account credentials.
