Swipe Customization in Android

Most modern mobile devices use touchscreens, where swiping and scrolling are common methods of navigation. Enabling swipe customization allows users to adjust these gestures to match their individual preferences better and usage patterns.
In the mobile app, users can set custom swipes to quickly perform some basic actions such as move, read or unread, close or reopen, pick, assign, edit, delete, mark as spam, and share URL. 



  1. Swipe action can only be performed in the Ticket list view. 
  2. Swipe cannot be configured for status mode, handshake mode, countdown mode, and priority mode.

To set swipe customization

  1. Open the Zoho Desk application.
  2. Click the Hamburger Menu  > Settings > Personalize > Swipe Options.
  3. Select a swipe option for both Swipe Right and Swipe Left from the given list. 

Notes
The actions listed under the More icon will vary according to the ticket's state and the ticket views. For example, a ticket which has a blueprint will not display Close. Similarly, tickets in the Shared Tickets view will not display the assign or close option.
