Viewing Agent Profile in Android

A user profile is an array of information about a specific user within an organization. In the Desk mobile app, agents can view their profile details, including:
  1. Name
  2. Email address
  3. Profile photo
  4. Role and permissions
  5. Phone and Mobile number
  6. Extension number
  7. Preferred language
  8. Location
  9. Departments
  10. Teams
  11. Channel expert
  12. Bio: A short biography that the customers can view
  13. Tickets handled: An overview of open, on hold, and closed tickets and a list of all the tickets handled by the agent
  14. Time entry
  15. Customer happiness rating
  16. First response time
  17. Average response time
  18. Average resolution time

Viewing performance details

Agents can select the date range in which they want to view their performance: tickets handled (open, closed, on hold), first response time, average response time, average resolution time, and happiness rating.
Notes
Agents' profiles are view-only in the mobile app; modifications to the profile can be performed only through the web application. Learn more about updating your user profile.

 To view your user profile 

  1. Open the Zoho Desk app. 
  2. Tap the Hamburger menu > Settings > View Profile. Then tap:
  1. Tickets to view the list of all tickets handled. 
  2. Time Entry to view total time spent and total cost.
  3. Happiness Rating to view every customer's rating.
3. Tap the Info icon to see email, phone, extension, mobile, language, location, departments, teams, channel expert, and bio.
