Viewing Agent Profile in Android
A user profile is an array of information about a specific user within an organization. In the Desk mobile app, agents can view their profile details, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Profile photo
- Role and permissions
- Phone and Mobile number
- Extension number
- Preferred language
- Location
- Departments
- Teams
- Channel expert
- Bio: A short biography that the customers can view
- Tickets handled: An overview of open, on hold, and closed tickets and a list of all the tickets handled by the agent
- Time entry
- Customer happiness rating
- First response time
- Average response time
- Average resolution time
Agents can select the date range in which they want to view their performance: tickets handled (open, closed, on hold), first response time, average response time, average resolution time, and happiness rating.
To view your user profile
- Open the Zoho Desk app.
- Tap the Hamburger menu > Settings > View Profile. Then tap:
- Tickets to view the list of all tickets handled.
- Time Entry to view total time spent and total cost.
- Happiness Rating to view every customer's rating.
3. Tap the Info icon to see email, phone, extension, mobile, language, location, departments, teams, channel expert, and bio.
