Saved filters can be viewed only by the agent saving them. 

To save filters

1. Open the Zoho Desk app. 
   
2. Tap the filter icon and select Filter. 
3. Fill the necessary criteria and tap Apply. 
4. The filtered tickets will appear in the homepage. 
5. Tap the filter icon and select Filter again. 
6. A box with the applied filters will be shown. Tap Save filter. 
7. Give a name for the filter and tap Save. 

To view the saved filters 

1. Open the Zoho Desk app. 
2. Tap the filter icon and select My saved filters and select the required filter. 

To rename the saved filter 

1. Tap the More icon > Rename. 
2. Type the required filter name and tap on Rename. 

To delete the saved filter 

1. Tap the more icon > Delete. 
2. Tap Delete on the pop up asking for confirmation.
