In Desk mobile app, users can perform custom actions like navigating to other webpages or apps, or filling forms from the Desk interface. They can also execute custom workflows suiting their business to close tickets with the help of custom buttons.
Custom buttons can be created only using the web application. Read to know about creating custom buttons. In the mobile app, custom buttons can only be used to perform the actions.
To perform custom actions using custom buttons
Open the Zoho Desk app.
Tap on any ticket.
Tap the More icon.
Select the necessary custom button to execute the required action.
