Widgets are small applications or tools which provide quick access to frequently used features. Generally added to the desktop or mobile home screen, these are designed to enhance user experience.
In Zoho Desk, the user can add a widget to their mobile home screen to view certain tickets quickly.
- Long press the Zoho Desk app on the home screen. A list of quick options will open.
- Tap on the widget icon.
- The app will then be shown as a widget.
- Long press the Zoho Desk widget
- Tap on edit widget
- Select the department and view to be displayed in the widget.
