Giving Feedback
Users can write about their experience using the Zoho Desk mobile app and share their feedback with the Desk team. This will help the app publishers and developers improve the app. They can also send attachments, diagnostic reports, and system logs along with their feedback if needed.
- Sending a diagnostic report allows the user to send User details (ZUID, User Agent), Device details (Android version, Desk application version), WebView info, Notification details, Encryption details, DB details, and For Push Notification details to Zoho Desk. If there are any issues, the team at Zoho Desk will use these details to understand how the app is performing and resolve the existing concerns.
- Including system logs will allow the user to send the details of any error or crash they faced within the app to Zoho Desk. This will help the team at Zoho Desk to understand the root cause of the error or crash and debug it.
To give feedback
- Tap the More icon > Settings > Feedback.
- Enter the necessary feedback. If needed, use the attachment icon to attach any files.
- Toggle include system logs and include diagnostic information to include the reports with the feedback.
- Tap Submit at the top-right corner of the screen to send the feedback.
Rating the app
Based on the usage experience and app performance, the app standard and performance, the user can rate the Zoho Desk product via Appstore.
To rate the app
- Tap the More icon > Settings > Love the app? Rate us.
- You will be redirected to the Appstore. You can rate the app in the Appstore page and leave a review.
