Feeds in Zoho Desk is a feature that helps agents find a collection of status messages, mentions, comments, direct messages, changes made to the tickets they own, closing tickets, assigning tasks, creating events, and so on.
Viewing Feeds in mobile
- Open the Zoho Desk app.
- Tap Feeds
in the bottom navigation bar.
Changing departments
Agents can change departments to view the feeds from a specific department.
Adding a feed
- In the Feeds module, tap the Add icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the Add Status form, enter your post.
- Tap Post to publish the feed.
While posting a feed, agents can change the department in the Add Status form.
