Viewing Feeds in mobile
- Open the Zoho Desk app.
- Tap Feeds
in the bottom navigation bar.
Changing departments
Adding a feed
- In the Feeds module, tap the Add icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the Add Status form, enter your post.
- Tap Post to publish the feed.
Adding comments to the feed
- In any of the existing posts, tap Add Comment.
- In the Add Comment page, enter your comment and tap Post.
