Collaborating using Feeds in iOS

Feeds in Zoho Desk is a feature that helps agents find a collection of status messages, mentions, comments, direct messages, changes made to the tickets they own, closing tickets, assigning tasks, creating events, and so on.

Viewing Feeds in mobile 

  1. Open the Zoho Desk app. 
  2. Tap Feeds  in the bottom navigation bar. 

Changing departments

Agents can change departments to view the feeds from a specific department. 

Adding a feed

  1. In the Feeds module, tap the Add icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. In the Add Status form, enter your post. 
  3. Tap Post to publish the feed.
Notes
While posting a feed, agents can change the department in the Add Status form.

Adding comments to the feed

  1. In any of the existing posts, tap Add Comment. 
  2. In the Add Comment page, enter your comment and tap Post. 
Notes
The number of comments posted in a feed are displayed at the bottom of a feed in a number format. Agents can tap on the number to view all the comments posted.
