Signing in to your Zoho Desk account in iOS
Anyone with the Desk account can log in to the mobile app. However, agents can log in to their portal in the Desk mobile app only after they are added to the web application by an admin. They also need to accept the confirmation email sent to them and create their credentials to log in to their Zoho Desk account.
- Open the Desk application and click Sign in.
- Enter your registered Email Address and Password, then click Sign in.
You will be directed to the ticket views page.
Users can also log in directly using their Apple, Google, or LinkdIn credentials.
