Viewing Blueprint in iOS

The blueprint feature in the Zoho Desk Mobile app provides a clear plan for handling tickets, making it easier to track progress and ensure timely resolution. With the Blueprint, users can see how tickets are being managed and which accountability is in support. 
Notes
A blueprint can be created and added to a ticket only through the web application. The users can only view the information through the mobile app. 

To view blueprint info

  1. Open the Zoho Desk app. 
  2. In the Ticket Views page, select any existing ticket.
  3. In the ticket, tap the existing status and then tap the blueprint  icon. 

Changing blueprint status

Blueprint status in Zoho Desk helps users understand how a ticket's status changes over time. It's specifically for tracking status changes and doesn't affect other parts of the ticket.

To change the blueprint status

  1. Open the Zoho Desk app. 
  2. In the Ticket Views page, select any existing ticket.
  3. In the ticket, tap the existing status to view the blueprint transitions. 
  4. Tap on the necessary transition to change the blueprint status. 


Revoking a blueprint

  1. Open the Zoho Desk app. 
  2. In the Ticket Views page, select any existing ticket.
  3. Tap the More  icon and select Revoke Blueprint.
