Activities Card in Radar

Activities Card in Radar

The Activities card in the Radar for Zoho Desk app brings Tasks, Calls, and Events together in a single view, allowing users to track schedules, follow-ups, meetings, and operational work from anywhere.

Designed for mobile-first teams, the Activities card helps supervisors, operations managers, and agents stay informed and take action while away from their desks. Users can access activities, view activity details, apply filters and sorting, and manage activities directly from the Radar app.

Business scenario

A field operations manager is conducting customer site inspections throughout the day. Using the Activities card in Radar, the manager reviews scheduled inspection events, checks pending tasks, and accesses customer call details directly from a mobile device. This enables faster coordination and better operational tracking without logging in to the web application.
