Siri is a virtual assistant available on all Apple devices. It performs tasks and provides relevant information in response to vocal commands. Using a voice-controlled virtual assistant like Siri is a great way to glean information and perform tasks efficiently, in a hands-free manner.
Radar incorporates Siri to facilitate instant access to critical stats and insights using oral commands. Once set up, the agent can use simple phrases like, "Hey Siri, show 'widget name'." or "Hey Siri, open 'insight name'." to view a widget or a relevant insight.
Configuring Siri on Radar is very simple. This article will help you with the steps.
Scenario: On-the-move monitoring
Tim leads a team of customer support agents at Zfiber tech. He commutes to the office everyday using the metro. To make the best use of his time, he checks his notifications, feeds, and overdue tickets while shuttling down to work. This gives him a head start for the day.
While Radar simplifies these tasks, accessing the app on the go hasn’t always been convenient. Using Siri Shortcuts, Tim can navigate effortlessly. A simple voice command gives him instant access to stats and insights, allowing him to stay informed and in control, even on the move.
