Custom modules in Radar allow users to access and manage custom business data directly from the mobile app. Any custom module created in Zoho Desk can be made available in Radar, enabling users to view records, access details, and perform actions while on the go.
A field supervisor needs to review customer renewal records while visiting clients. Instead of accessing the desktop application, the supervisor opens the corresponding custom module in Radar, reviews customer information, updates records, and accesses related information directly from a mobile device.
A supervisor can access and monitor operational records from custom modules to track progress, review statuses, and make informed decisions while away from the desk.
An operations manager can access business-critical records in the field, review updates, and take action without needing to log in to the web application.
An agent can view, update, and manage records stored in custom modules while assisting customers, ensuring that information remains accurate and up to date.
