More and more businesses are expanding globally to serve their customers better. They have support agents from many parts of the world, serving customers who speak a variety of languages. Radar can help such diverse businesses scale their customer support efficiently. The multilingual capability of Radar enables agents to access the app in their preferred language. Agents can navigate the app, access the ticketing interface, and get alerted to exceptions in the language they're most proficient and comfortable in. The enhanced agent experience resulting from this personalization helps agents be more productive and assist customers competently.

Benefits of a multilingual ticketing application:
Improved productivity
Agents can get a better understanding of the customer issue and complete tasks quicker, with more confidence when their mobile help desk is operable in a language they're proficient in.

Seamless experience
By automatically synchronizing the app language with that of the user's device, Radar heightens the user experience of agents and provides a streamlined mobile experience.
