Help desk agents deal with large amounts of information on a quotidian basis. Each agent might have some information that they refer to frequently—It might be an important ticket or a critical dashboard. When such frequently consulted information is readily available to agents, they become more focused, motivated, and productive. Radar enables instant access to such relevant information via a nifty new feature — My Pins. You can now pin the information that is critical to you or the ones you frequently view to the Radar home and access it in a single click.
Benefits of pinning important items
Instant availability You can pin records such as tickets, customers, and activities, as well as important screens like dashboards and ticket views to the Radar home. This will enable you to access these items as soon as you open the app.
Better Organization All the items you've pinned will be presented neatly under My Pins. You have the option to view them as a grid or a list. This organization makes it easy and efficient to access information.
Increased Productivity Since important, frequently consulted information is at your hand's reach, you can be more productive and focus on critical tasks instead of spending a significant amount of time looking for information.
Enhanced Personalization My pins is an excellent way to enrich the Radar home with the information that matters to you.
Improved Accessibility My pins can be extremely beneficial for people with motor disabilities as it enables users to keep the information they need in one place, precluding the need to switch between screens.
