Using Apple Intelligence in Radar

Leverage Apple Intelligence capabilities in Radar to deliver exceptional experiences for your customers from your mobile device. 
The following capabilities are available:
  • Writing Tools for your replies, comments, and feeds
  • Image Playground for your profile picture
NotesNote: 
    • Apple's Writing Tools and Image Playground are available in Radar only on iPhone models that support them.
    • To use them, make sure you've upgraded to the latest iOS version and enabled Apple Intelligence in Settings.

Apple Writing Tools

Apple's Writing Tools include proofreading, rewriting, summarizing, and content generation. You can use these tools to craft error-free, well-structured, and polished content to elevate your customers' experience.

Proofread text

Proofreading rectifies spelling mistakes, grammar errors, and style inconsistencies in your text.
  1. After typing the content, select the text you want to refine and tap Writing Tools.
Idea Tip: You can also tap the Apple Intelligence icon  (the Apple Intelligence button) at the top right corner of the screen. 
  1. Tap Proofread.
  2. Click Replace to substitute your content with the proofread one in the editor.
 

Rewrite text

The rewrite option paraphrases text to ensure the content reads smoothly and is easy to understand. You can also adjust the tone and length of your content using the friendly, professional, and concise options based on your customer support needs. 
  1. After typing the content, select the text you want to refine and tap Writing Tools.
Idea Tip: You can also tap the Apple Intelligence icon  (the Apple Intelligence button) at the top right corner of the screen. 
  1. Do any of the following: 
  1. Rewrite text: Tap Rewrite
  2. Rewrite the text in a particular way: Tap Friendly, Professional, or Concise.
  3. Rewrite the text based on a description: Tap Describe your change, then enter a description—for example, “Make this more persuasive”.
  4. A rewritten version of your text appears.
  1. Click Replace to substitute your content with the rewritten one in the editor.
 

Summarize and structure content

You can use Apple's Writing Tools to summarize your text or distill it to present the key points as a bulleted list. You can also have your original text structured into a list or table.
  1. After typing the content, select the text you want to refine and tap Writing Tools.
Idea
 Tip: You can also tap the Apple Intelligence icon  (the Apple Intelligence button) at the top right corner of the screen. 
  1. Do any of the following: 
  1. Summarize text: Tap Summarize.
  2. Summarize the key points of the text: Tap Key Points.
  3. Structure the original text into a list: Tap List
  4. Structure the original text in a table: Tap Table
  5. A rewritten version of your text appears.
  1. Click Replace to substitute your content with the summarized/restructured one in the editor. 


Compose text

  1. While typing, tap the text field, then tap Writing tools. 
  2. Swipe up, then tap Compose. 
  3. Give a writing prompt—for example, "An email inviting users to join the 
    Prepare for the busy season with Radar webinar on 1st October 2025."
  4. Tap the Send button to have ChatGPT produce content based on your request
  5. After checking the generated content, click Replace.
  6. When you're finished, tap Done

Apple Image Playground

Using the image play ground, you can change the style, theme, and background of your profile picture or generate a new one from descriptions. 

  1. Open the Radar app.
  2. Tap your profile picture at the bottom right.
  3. Tap the Apple Intelligence icon ( the Open Writing Tools button ) next to your picture. 
  4. Do any of the following: 
  1. Create an image from a concept: Tap a concept—a theme, costume, accessory, or place.
  2. Create an image from a description: Tap Describe an image, enter a description, then tap Done.
  3. Create an image of a person: Tap the Person button, then choose a person from your photo library.
  4. Create an image based on a photo: Tap the Add button, then tap Choose Photo or Take Photo.
  5. Choose a style: Tap the Add button, then tap Animation, Illustration, or Sketch.
  1. When you’re happy with your image, tap Done in the top-right corner.
