How to add interactive cards to your help widget

Interactive cards (default widgets) are a great way to add specific snippets of information. You can personalize the home screen of your ASAP help widget by including default widgets, such as knowledge base, community, tickets, and other functional modules. This makes it easier for your customers to quickly access relevant information about their orders. Furthermore, you can create custom widgets to suit your specific needs. For example, you can construct a widget called "Payment Details" and incorporate it into your home screen.

Steps to add interactive cards in the ASAP Help Widget

1. Open the preferred ASAP help widget and navigate the Add interactive cards to your help widget tab.
2. On the Add interactive cards to your help widget, do the following:
      a. Select the Pre-built Interactive Cards option from the drop-down, and drag and drop your desired interactive cards to the Home Screen Customization pane.
      b. Select the Custom Widgets option from the drop-down, and drag and drop the desired custom widget to the Home Screen             Customization pane. See also: Creating custom widgets.
3. Click Update.
