Using Text Styles in Articles

The text styles allow you to apply a set of formatting choices to your article to make the content stand out. You can apply the attributes such as background color, text indentation, and icon in styles to paragraphs. When you select a style, you apply all of the above attributes in one click. For example, the Warning text style is most useful for information that requires the reader's immediate attention.

To apply a text style:
  1. Select the text you want to format in the article editor.
  2. Click the style you want in the Content tab.
    You may select the 
    Normal style to remove the formatting you had applied.
  3. Click Publish.
You can choose to manually change the formatting of the default text styles in an article. For example, you can customize the background color of a text style from the HTML code editor. Click Insert from the editor menu and select Edit HTML to open the HTML editor.
