Embed a LINE Chat Button on your website

You can manage your customer questions instantly from a dedicated LINE messaging channel facilitated by Zoho Desk. This feature also allows businesses to communicate about the latest business trends, track their sales, and more. The user experience on LINE messaging is simple, familiar, and relatable and has the potential to accelerate the adaptation of IM for business communications.
