The Zoho CRM integration provides you with more context into the customer information while staying inside Zoho Desk. Agents can view the CRM information of a Contact or an Account alongside their ticket in Zoho Desk. For example, they can identify the subscription type of a contact, view the open opportunities of an account or read the notes left by the contact owners.
To view Zoho CRM information on a ticket
- In the Tickets module, open the desired ticket.
- On the Ticket Details page, click the CRM icon (
) alongside the customer information on the left pane.

- Click the Account Name (where existing) within the ticket, to view its information in Zoho CRM.
- Click the Ticket Properties icon (
) to get back to the ticket properties.
You can also click the View in CRM icon (
) to directly view the information in your organization's Zoho CRM account.
