When a user performs an activity in Zoho Directory, all session details such as location, IP address, device, browser, login patterns, and the number of successful/failed logins, will be recorded in the application. Any deviation from these details will result in labeling the activity as anomalous. You can check the details of the anomaly and take appropriate action to ensure the security of your organization.
To do this,
- Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click Admin Panel in left menu.
- Click Anomaly Detection, then go to the Anomalies tab.
- Click the required anomaly. This opens the details page of the activity.
- Click Take Action, then click the required action.
