Allow users to raise an app request
An admin is able not only to grant or deny app access to users, but also to decide whether users can raise access requests for apps in the first place.
To allow users to raise access requests to unassigned apps:
Click Organization on the left menu, then select Controls.
Select Allow for all apps
from the drop-down menu if you want to allow users to request access to all apps.
If you want just to allow access request for specific apps alone, select Customize from the drop-down menu. Select the apps that you want to either allow or deny access request.
To grant access request to the selected apps, check the statement Allow users to request access to the selected apps.
To restrict access request to the selected apps, check the statement Deny users to request access to the selected apps.
Click Save.
Select who you want to send notification mails to. Check at least one box from the drop-down menu. With the permission granted, users will now be able to request their admins for access to the apps which they are allowed to raise access request for.
