Custom authentication with JumpCloud

Custom authentication with JumpCloud:


Custom authentication with JumpCloud enables SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) from JumpCloud to Zoho. With SSO, you and your employees can sign in to JumpCloud and access Zoho directly, without having to sign in to Zoho.

To set up custom authentication with JumpCloud:
  1. Sign in to JumpCloud's administrator console.
  2. Go to Applications, then click on the plus icon.
  3. Search for "Zoho", then click configure for the result.
  4. Enter "Zoho Directory" under Display Label.
  5. Enter your ACS URL in the ACS URL field.
    6. Note: You can find the ACS URL in Zoho Directory's Custom Authentication page.

  6. Copy the IDP URL, then click activate.
  7. Click the added app, click IDP Certificate Valid, then click Download certificate.
  8. Submit the IDP URL and the IDP Certificate to Zoho to set up SAML in Zoho Directory.
    1. IDP URL under Sign-in URL.
    2. IDP Certificate under Verification Certificate.
