Deactivate/Reactivate a device
Prerequisites
Roles required to perform this action:
- Organization owner
- Organization admin
Deactivate a device
- Click the
icon next to the name of the device you want to deactivate. - Click Disable.
The device will be deactivated and hence no longer accessible to the users. Upon deactivation, only mapped accounts will be disabled. Unmapped accounts will remain active.
Reactivate a device
- Click the
icon next to the name of the device you want to activate. - Click Activate to confirm.
The device will become active again. New users can now be assigned to it and the existing users can use their accounts again.
