Deactivate/Reactivate a device

Prerequisites

Roles required to perform this action:

Organization owner
Organization admin

Deactivate a device

Click the icon next to the name of the device you want to deactivate.
Click Disable.

The device will be deactivated and hence no longer accessible to the users. Upon deactivation, only mapped accounts will be disabled. Unmapped accounts will remain active.

Reactivate a device

Click the icon next to the name of the device you want to activate.
Click Activate to confirm.

The device will become active again. New users can now be assigned to it and the existing users can use their accounts again.
