Sync existing domains

Roles required to perform this action

  1. Organization Owner
  2. Organization Admin

To sync existing domains

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Domains, then click Sync Existing.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. All domains associated with your Zoho apps will be listed along with their authentication status. Select the ones you want to sync to your Zoho One organization and click Sync.
The selected domains will now be synced to Zoho One, and you'll be able to manage these domains centrally from Zoho One's Admin Panel.
