Sync existing domains

Roles required to perform this action

  1. Organization Owner
  2. Organization Admin

To sync existing domains

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory.
  2. Go to Domains, then click Sync Existing.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. All domains associated with your Zoho apps will be listed along with their authentication status. Select the ones you want to sync to your Zoho Directory organization and click Sync.
The selected domains will now be synced to Zoho Directory, and you'll be able to manage these domains centrally from Zoho Directory.
