Prerequisites

1. Organization Owner/Admin
   
2. Security Admin role
   

To deactivate conditional access policy:

1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click ADMIN PANEL in the left menu.
   
2. Click SECURITY on the left, then go to Conditional Access Policies tab.
3. Click on the policy you want to deactivate, click the  icon, then click Deactivate.
   
4. Confirm your action by clicking Deactivate again. You may be asked to verify your identity by re-authenticating yourself.
   
5. You can activate the policy again by clicking on the policy, then clicking Activate.
   

Deactivating a conditional access policy may inadvertently lock your users out of your organization or allow them to bypass conditional access.
